Rick is available on a very limited part-time basis to provide remote consulting services related to the Salesforce platform as an independent contractor. Services can include analysis, design, configuration, code, testing, implementation, support, and administration.
Rick has over 15 years of managerial experience delivering and supporting information solutions, and since 2012 has been focused on Salesforce technology. He has an MBA from Santa Clara University, maintains thirteen Salesforce certifications, and is a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Talkdesk Certified Consultant.
